We celebrated Chinese New Year this afternoon with our local FCC group (Families with Children from China). It’s always special to remind ourselves of the culture of two of our kiddos and to be with other “like” families.
Ami was so awed by the dancers and loved that she got to practice with them.
These two buddies also lived at Shepherd’s field with Elijah. They are now brothers. So neat that they are so close to where we live!

It is great that you are keeping them in touch with their Chinese culture! I told Kevin at China Night that I could see Ami dancing up there some day like those other little girls did that night. It was so cute. I have attended that event a number of times in the past and just love it. I enjoy learning about other cultures and it is so well done. I use to hear about it when I was working with Internationals at the BSU. Now we hear about it from a Chinese co-worker.
