It is with MUCH rejoicing in the Wolfe household that we announce the referral of our son, ELIJAH, waiting for us in China!!! He is nine years old, just a few months younger than Benjamin. We first laid eyes on Elijah in June 2007 and have been advocating for him and working towards adopting him since August 2007. We have so many stories to share of how God has worked in amazing ways to bring about this match with our family. It has only been through Him and we give Him all the praise and glory. We have truly witnessed miracles and stand in awe of our Father. Many of you have been following this journey of ours over the last year and we can’t thank you enough for your prayers and support. We will backtrack and share stories here and there on our website as we can. We want to record God’s faithfulness to us so that Elijah and many others will know of His goodness to us!
All six of us will travel to China to welcome Elijah into our family. We’d jump on a plane today if we could, but due to paperwork processing and procedures we will likely be traveling close to the end of the year. Please pray with us that in the next few weeks the processing will go smoothly.
We haven’t kept up on our website very well lately, but we will definitely be updating more regularly with all the excitement. So check back often. We have lots of pictures to share!
